Et af form\u00e5lene var at unders\u00f8ge om Jorden faktisk kredser om Solen, og stjernerne derfor udviser en \u00e5rlig variation i deres positioner. R\u00f8mer n\u00e5ede ikke at udgive sine resultater, men takket v\u00e6re hans elev \u2013 og efterf\u00f8lger \u2013 Peder Horrebow har vi en detaljeret beskrivelse af R\u00f8mers instrumenter. B\u00e5de R\u00f8mer og Horrebow mente \u2013 fejlagtigt &#8211; at have p\u00e5vist parallaksen, men observationerne fik afg\u00f8rende betydning for de f\u00f8rste studier af fiksstjernernes egenbev\u00e6gelser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Foredraget tager udgangspunkt i den nylige udgivelse af R\u00f8mers observationer og unders\u00f8gelse af n\u00f8jagtigheden af hans instrumenter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>mandag<\/strong> den 9. oktober 2023, kl. 17.00<br>i auditorium <strong>7<\/strong> p\u00e5 H.
