However, some of Bohr\u2019s most notable defenders (e.g. David Favrholdt) have claimed that Bohr was \u201ccompletely original\u201d, and without philosophical precedent. I argue, instead, that Bohr\u2019s thought is a tapestry that weaves together various patches of nineteenth century philosophy.
